Aaron Sothmann is an associate consultant of Workforce Planning and Analytics at Mercer Singapore. Sothmann’s focus is the application of workforce analytics to inform the development of talent management strategies that address business issues and improve the total employment offering. He started his career with Mercer Australia as a rewards consultant before moving to Singapore to join the ASEAN Workforce Planning and Analytics Practice.
