Gareth is a senior project architect at PreScouter. He leads PreScouter’s Food & Beverage practice as the technical director. As an academic, Gareth specialized in membrane protein biochemistry, working with an international research group assembled to study structural and functional aspects of these challenging targets in health and disease.
