Shinichi Nakabayashi is the director for Administration, Management, and Coordination at the Asian Development Bank Institute. Before joining ADBI, Nakabayashi taught at the IMF–Singapore Regional Training Institute and the Graduate School of Public Policy, University of Tokyo. He has worked as a senior official at the Japanese Ministry of Finance, OECD in Paris, and IMF.
