Shintaro Kitano is a business leader for Mercer Japan’s Retirement practice. Prior to joining Mercer in 2007, he worked at Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson) in the UK, where he was involved in various valuations, ALM and plan design projects. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
