Stephan Struwe is a Principal in Oliver Wyman’s Energy and Natural Resources Practice. In this role, he primarily advises leading companies in the chemical and process industries in the EMEA region. He supports his customers in the alignment and implementation of new strategies, the development and optimization of business models and market approaches as well as the associated development of differentiating skills and operating and control models. Another thematic focus is advising on transformation programs and transaction-related issues such as due diligence, carve-outs and value creation.
