Ben Hoffman is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Retail and Business Banking strategy consulting practice. His recent work spans Board-level strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, product design, marketing strategy, and risk analytics. Ben also serves as the Chairman of the American Banker Marketplace Lending & Investing Summit, as well as working with the Consumer Bankers Association and others in advancing industry thinking in the marketplace arena.
