Janet Gellici is Executive Vice President & COO of the National Coal Council, an advisory group to the U.S. Secretary of Energy.  Gellici’s 35-year career in the coal industry includes service at the Western Governors’ Association, Colorado School of Mines, International Bulk Journal, Coal Trading Association and American Coal Council.
