Khalid Koser is executive director of the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund. He is a non-resident senior fellow in Foreign Policy Studies at the Brookings Institution,  associate fellow at Chatham House and a research associate at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. He is also chair, Global Future Council on Migration at the World Economic Forum and editor, Journal of Refugee Studies.
