Kinga Kolasa-Sokolowska works as a client advisor at Marsh Broker Japan, where she is responsible for contract advisory for aviation and aerospace clients. She is also a lecturer at Rikkyo University’s College of Law and Politics in Tokyo. Her research interests include contractual risk management, risks and the impact of cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence on the aviation sector. She wrote a chapter titled “Artificial intelligence and risk preparedness in the aviation industry” for the book Routledge Research in the Law of Emerging Technologies: Regulating Artificial Intelligence in Industry, edited by D.M. Bielicki (2021).
