Rachel Lipson’s work program focuses on the reform of public procurement systems in the Middle East and North Africa region and on global efforts to build and strengthen client procurement capacity. Prior to joining the World Bank, Rachel worked on research projects at the Council on Foreign Relations, the Earth Institute at Columbia University, and the Tobin Project.
