A retired Navy Rear Admiral, Jan Hamby brings over 35 years of information and cyberspace expertise to her role as the Chancellor of the National Defense University’s Information Resources Management College (IRMC).  The IRMC’s mission is to educate and prepare selected military and civilian leaders and advisors to develop and implement cyberspace strategies, and to leverage information and technology to advance national and global security.
