Rebecca Nicolson co-founded the United Kingdom bookstore called Short Books in 2001. It published several bestsellers, including The Social Animal by David Brooks, The Fast Diet by Dr. Michael Mosley and The Inflamed Mind by Edward Bullmore. Short Books was bought by Hachette UK in 2019.
