Dr. Shuaihua ‘Wallace’ Cheng is the Managing Director of China, International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development  (ICTSD) China. He is a member of ICTSD Operation, Programme and Strategy Board. Currently, he co-manages WTO Post-Nairobi Programme and China, G20 and Global Economic Governance, New Industrial Policy Group, the E15 Initiative in partnership with the World Economic Forum.
