Tatiana Gallego-Lizón is the director for Urban Development and Water Division, Southeast Asia Department, at the Asian Development Bank. Between 2002 and 2014, she led project development and implementation work, and selected strategy and policy development assignments. Her interests include climate change resilience, integrated water resources, new planning and governance approaches (including e-government and vehicles for economic corridor development), and technology and contract innovation for improved service delivery.
