Tom Jacob is a Senior Partner in the Information Solutions group of Mercer’s Talent Division.  He joined Mercer in 2003 and is based in Philadelphia. Tom has served in a number of roles at Mercer all having in common the innovation and launch of new products and services. He presently serves as the global leader of Research & Insights products which includes Mercer’s industries, research publications and metrics information products.
