Xinshu leads the Zilliqa team in its development of a highly secure public blockchain for high-throughput applications. He recently led the research and development of Anquan Capital’s proprietary scalable and secure blockchain, deployed for financial and e-commerce applications. Previously, Xinshu was a technical lead for projects funded by Singapore’s National Research Foundation, Energy Market Authority, and Singapore Exchange, and he was a researcher at the Advanced Digital Sciences Center and National University of Singapore.
