Jane Burston is head of Climate and Environment at the UK’s National Physical Laboratory. Previously, Burston was founder and chief executive officer of Carbon Retirement, a social enterprise reforming emissions trading and carbon offsetting. She is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader.
