Ken Haderer is the president of Mercer’s North America Region and co-president of its global Health business, having previously served as Mercer’s Chief Operating Officer. During his time as COO, he also established and led Mercer Services in 2016, which brought together approximately 9,000 operations and technology colleagues across the globe.
