Based in Madrid, Mar Beltran joined from Australia-based Global Infrastructure Hub where, on behalf of the G20, she led policy work to identify priority reforms in infrastructure markets. As a senior director, Ms. Beltran advised governments of both developed and developing economies on governance, regulatory frameworks, planning and delivery of infrastructure initiatives. She has sat on several infrastructure boards as a non-executive director, for projects including Melbourne Airport and Sydney-based Reliance Rail.
