Michael Owen joined GC Analytics in 1998 following a four-year tenure as a consultant for Tillinghast-Towers Perrin. Since joining GC Analytics, Mr. Owen’s typical work products have included dynamic financial analysis, catastrophe modeling, reinsurance contract design and analysis and capital allocation studies. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a member of the CAS’ Asia Regional Committee and a member of Guy Carpenter’s Actuarial Best Practices group.
