Rachel Field is the Director of Leadership and Diversity at Women’s World Banking. She is responsible for the design and implementation of programs that enhance leadership capacity and foster gender diversity in the financial inclusion sector. She and her team develop and deliver customized programs globally; supporting leaders of financial institutions as they face the demands of an increasingly complex environment and developing programs to create a pipeline of women leaders to better serve the women’s market.
