Ron is a principal at Mercer on the Health and Benefits team. In his role with Mercer as Carrier Relations Lead for the Central and West markets, he is accountable for strategically engaging with Mercer’s carrier and vendor partners to enhance value to clients. Ron also leads the Mercer Carrier Relations team annual Carrier RFI on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Health Disparities and Social Determinants of Health.
