Surella Segu, Monterrey’s chief heat officer, is a Harvard GSD Loeb Fellow, an architect from Monterrey’s Tech (ITESM) and has a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University in New York. She is a Fulbright recipient and Young Creators from FONCA. She is currently a member of the National Art Creators System from CONACULTA.
