Susan Jebb is Professor of Diet and Population Health in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences at the University of Oxford. She is co-Director of the LEAP programme (Livestock, Environment and People) and leads an interdisciplinary team working to support healthy and sustainable dietary change.
