Swenja Surminski is the managing director of Climate and Sustainability at Marsh McLennan Advantage. She was previously the Head of Adaptation Research at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment (London School of Economics and Political Science), Chair of the Munich Climate Insurance Initiative, and a lead author of the United Kingdom Climate Change Committee’s Independent Assessment of UK Climate Risk.
