Caroline Atkinson is a senior adviser with RockCreek investment firm and a board member of the Peterson Institute, Brookfield Property Partners and the International Institute for Strategic Studies. She was previously head of policy at Google, and U.S. Deputy National Security Adviser for International Economics.
