Susann Roth  is a Senior Social Development Specialist (Social Protection) in the Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department at the Asian Development Bank.  She supports the ADB’s health sector development and co-led the preparation of ADB’s revised operational plan for health, which supports ADB’s developing member countries in achieving universal health coverage.
